Refund policy

The 2BuildAfrica return policies apply only to products or items purchased directly from the 2BuildAfrica website.

All sales are final. Generally, no returns are allowed. Therefore, buyers are allowed a 24-hour period commencing from the time of checkout to cancel a transaction if they desire. Transactions cancelled within the 24-hour period will be fully refunded. Transaction cancelled beyond the 24-hour period and prior to the delivery of the item(s) purchased will be subject to a 5 percent transaction fee.

Sellers on the marketplace may offer store credit for transactions when the items purchased are not yet delivered.

If you have any issues or concerns about an item(s) purchased, please immediately contact us at admin@2buildafrica.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the admin@2buildafrica.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can contact the Seller to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. The non-returnable items generally include construction materials including cement, sand, bricks, crushed rocks, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Items ordered and shipped from a foreign country are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
